Traditional with Religious element:

I, ________, take thee ______, to be my wife/husband,
and before God and these witnesses I promise to be
a faithful and true wife/husband.”

Standard Vows I use often:

“I ________, take thee ________, to be my wife/husband.
To have and to hold,
in sickness and in health,
for richer or for poorer,
and I promise my love to you forevermore”

“Will you, _______, have _____ to be your wife/husband? Will you love her/him, comfort and keep her/him, and forsaking all other remain true to him/her as long as you both shall live?” (“I will”)

(Repeat) “I, ________, take thee ______, to be my wife/husband, (and before God…optional often take this God part  out) and these witnesses I promise to be a faithful and true wife/husband.”

(Name), I take you to be my lawfully wedded (husband/wife).
Before these witnesses I vow to love you and care for you
as long as we both shall live.
I take you, with all your faults and strengths,
as I offer myself to you
with all my faults and strengths.
I will help you when you need help, and
turn to you when I need help.
I choose you as the person with whom I will spend my life.

“Do you, _______, take _______ to be your wife/husband? Do you promise to love, honor, cherish and protect her/him, forsaking all others and holding only unto her/him?” (“I do”)

(Repeat) “I ________, take thee ________, to be my wife/husband. To have and to hold, in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer, and I promise my love to you..”

All that I am and all that I have, I offer to you in love and in joy.
From this day forward I will love and comfort you, hold you close,
prize you above all others,
and remain faithful to you all the days of our lives.

There are so many good vows.  My favorite ones are the ones which come from the heart.  If you are comfortable by all means write your own.  I will add the legal stuff to what you both have.  If you are not comfortable with this choose one of the above or send me one that you found on google.
